Ambition
The challenge was twofold: LabPoint’s existing brand identity, designed primarily for print, needed a digital refresh, and they required a modern website that would serve as a powerful tool for their partners. The website had to offer intuitive access to a wide range of diagnostic services, making it easy for clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers to find the information they needed.
Additionally, we needed to provide multiple entry points—such as an A-Z catalog, a search function, and specific profiles—to streamline the user experience. Our goal was to create a platform that was not just functional, but also visually appealing and future-proof.
Action
Before starting the website development, we gave LabPoint’s branding a strategic refresh to prepare it for the digital era. We refined the logo to make it more compact, user-friendly, and adaptable for digital use. By tilting the logo vertically, we conveyed the layered depth of LabPoint’s diagnostic services. We also left space beneath the wordmark for future sub-brands and departments, laying the foundation for a generative logo system that can evolve with the company’s growth and vision.

To address these challenges, we began with an in-depth workshop at LabPoint’s facilities to fully grasp their vision and requirements. We then created wireframes and prototypes to align our concepts with their expectations. Our team developed a clean, user-friendly interface featuring multiple access points—like an A-Z catalog, robust search functionality, and tailored profiles—to facilitate easy navigation.

We also designed unique icons and AI-generated visuals to represent complex laboratory diagnostics in an engaging and approachable manner. Incorporating subtle animations, strong visuals, and video elements, we crafted a website that stands out from competitors by being both highly functional and visually compelling.
