Making of Enigma’s new website

The communication agency Enigma wanted to renew its online presence.

Goal

The Enigma’s website was getting old, and after adding a blog in January 2011, we have decided to create a new platform web which is unique and complete.

Action

Analysis

To create the Enigma’s new online platform, we began with analyzing the statistics we had. The major changes we have perceived are the rise of smartphones and behavior changes.

Survey & Interview

Among the 2’000 readers of our newsletter, we contacted the 200 people most interested in the blog. We offered them to do a survey. Those who responded to it were invited to leave their opinions by joining the website’s demo version.

Content

It seemed important for us to put forward an information and opinion content. For that purpose, we created two categories:  Good to know, where you can find news on communication, and Where we stand, where we give our opinions on current events.

Responsive design

We conceived a 100% responsive website so that our website is accessible by computer and smartphone. A responsive website is the most appropriate solution according to the multiplication of formats, that are much finer than just a simple mobile version.

Impact

It is too soon to evaluate the impact of our new platform, but  we hope you enjoy it. Feel free to leave your comments…
