isolutions ag

isolutions commissioned Enigma to create a HR video campaign that should attract new talents.

Ambition

The successful IT-company is growing fast and is looking for sparely on the market available, new and dynamic crew members, who would like to achieve their ambitious goals together with isolutions. A multifunctional supported procurance of the message is necessary in order to cover the large growth need nearly at least.

On the one hand it was the goal to call attention to the potential employees regarding the open positions and on the other hand to address the people on an authentic way with the message “Fantastic People”.

Action

New Blood in IT has the choice to choose between a large diversity of companies. In order to convince those skilled employees of isolutions, we prepared a video that gives the word to the staff. Within half a day, Enigma shooted several video sequences. Three personalities with very different functions told us about their daily routine and made relevant statements.

The result were three movies with 90 seconds about the personal feeling of the daily worklife. The message of the “Fantastic People” was pointed up with the arrival of the 100th employee of isolutions. The whole crew was celebrating in the video together.

The movies of the employees were made available for isolutions to spread them on their own channels. Furthermore the videos have been distributed on Facebook with specific targeting to potential job aspirants.

Impact

The videos of the employees could be used all-round in different channels. The Facebook campaign brought – thanks to an effective targeting – a multiple of visitors to the job site of isolutions and pointed out the attractive job offer.
