Social Media Strategy
Enigma developed a social media strategy for Helsana.
Helsana, Switzerland’s largest health insurance company asked Enigma to establish a visible presence on social networks.
The first stage included making Helsana’s marketing and sales directors more familiar with the ways in which social networks operate. Enigma conducted a number of workshops in Zurich for the top-level staff.
Enigma then created a Facebook community comprising the brand’s fans. Through a honed strategy, the first phase (gather) included targeted advertising and new landing pages that matched the company’s corporate identity. At the same time, Helsana continued to promote the page with a photo competition, among other events.
Within six weeks, Helsana’s fan club grew from 400 to 4,000 on Facebook. Helsana has decided to continue working with Enigma on other projects.
