Reimagined Brand Image for a Real Estate Developer to Reflect Expertise & Drive Growth


Cydonia, is a Geneva-based real estate company specializing in residential real estate. Their existing brand image was no longer representing their new values, which is why they approached Enigma. They wanted to grow as a company, be seen as experts and show the quality of their work. We worked on a complete positioning, visual universe and messaging, including a new logo, colors, fonts, taglines, and a message map. We also created a website, corporate elements such as correspondence cards, business cards, email signatures, Word templates and PowerPoint templates, and a corporate video.


Cydonia’s ambition was to modernize its image to better represent the intrinsic values of the brand. Additionally, the goal was to position itself as an expert in the real estate sector, attracting new customers and fostering company growth.


We began by running a Creative Footprint workshop with the Cydonia team to understand their needs and brand identity. Thanks to this work, we created an entire visual identity in line with the image they wanted to convey. We created a complete visual universe with a logo, colors, fonts, and slogans that represent their professionalism and experience.

Next, we worked on the website design and development, to ensure a modern, user-friendly, responsive and search engine optimized website. We also created corporate elements such as business cards, e-mail signatures, Word and PowerPoint templates to reflect their new brand image across all their corporate assets. To round it all off, produced a corporate video that showcases their expertise and professionalism.

The project for Cydonia resulted in a refreshed brand image, including cohesive corporate assets such as business cards, correspondence cards, and email signatures. The redesigned website enhances their credibility and expertise in the real estate industry, while making it easier for prospects to contact them and gain a deeper understanding of their identity. Additionally, the corporate video showcases Cydonia’s quality and expertise, further strengthening their brand image.
