After completing her Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Nicole joined Enigma as a trainee, where she discovered her passion for digital marketing and strategy development. She then worked for nearly four years as a Client Success Operator at Enigma before moving to the client side to experience the business from a different perspective. Her main responsibilities during this time included data analysis, website management, and coordinating internal marketing projects.
Today, Nicole is back at Enigma, as Marketing Strategist and Admin. With her analytical mindset, versatility, and hands-on approach, she supports both client projects and internal processes with dedication and care.
