With qualitative research using interviews chattering sessions, prototype testings and all tools coming out from a field of service design, we discover why your customers behave in such manners. From there we can find out how to create new customer behaviors and test out what are the best ways to motivate these new behaviors.
With user research we can test out different hypotheses before you invest a big part of your budget in developing them. We do this for example with low-cost and simple prototypes. By testing those prototypes we discover what makes more sense for your customers.
